Compliance & Regulatory Response
We help clients build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while identifying and managing the impacts of compliance mandates on business operations.  We then shepherd the business through necessary changes by leveraging project and change management expertise.  Response efforts often include: project and communication plan development and execution; process and procedure updates; technology change oversight; and stakeholder adoption strategies.  Scope of services range from managing enterprise-wide regulatory responses; to designing operational Centers of Excellence; to implementing business protocols for ERISA, NERC-CIP, FCPA, Basel, Dodd-Frank, FRB SR08-08, AML, SOX, RESPA, or privacy (e.g., HIPAA, GLB, FCRA, EU) compliance.

Project Management
We are certified in AGILE and Waterfall process improvement methodologies and have technical PMP certifications from PMI.  We understand the life cycle of both business and technical projects from development to execution.  Compliance Ally associates are experts in PMO set-up and other governance structures. 

Change Management
We are certified PROSCI change management professionals and/or experienced in the Accenture methodology.  We partner collaboratively with the business and project managers to understand the business realities and culture before strategizing to maximize communication effectiveness, stakeholder adoption and sustained results.
